Mt. Whiteface, NH… 7 months ago…

Another very late post… hazy details of the actual hike, but here are the facts and the photos:

Mount Whiteface, 3973 feet.

January 18th, 2009

6-8 inches of fresh snow on the ground upon arrival at the trailhead.

14 inches of new snow on top of the jeep (and the previous snowfall) by the time we returned from the hike.

Finally… a chance to use my Jeep and my gear in a challenging environment!
